Our specialist consultants are highly skilled and have extensive experience in the industry. Their main focus is on finding QUALITY teachers.

With offices is both Dubai and London and extensive links to candidates from countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand and many others we are able to target teachers from all over the world. With our local presence we also have a selection of teachers already working within the Middle East

Chardchristie has strict vetting procedures, upon registration we either meet candidates in person or conduct video calls to evaluate their suitability.

We are an ethical agency who has a strong belief in after sales support to maintain retention. By providing regular meetings with candidate and clients during the first 3 months of placement we can help manage problems which could occur to ensure a successful ongoing placement for both parties.

We work in partnership with all our clients so we can cater for their individual requirements.

CLIENT TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF PERMANENT OR FIXED TERM  CONTRACT STAFF

BETWEEN:

“The Supplier”    CHARDCHRISTIE

AND:  

“The Client”    L

1. THE CONTRACT 

These Terms constitute the contract between  Chardchristie and the Client in terms of recruiting teachers for the school

No variation or alteration to these Terms shall by valid unless the details of such variation are agreed between Chardchristie  and the Client and are set out in writing and a copy of the varied terms is given to the Client stating the date on or after which such varied terms shall apply. 

2. NOTIFICATION AND FEES 

The client agrees:

To notify Chardchristie immediately of any offer of an Engagement which it makes to the Applicant; 

To pay Chardchristie’s fee within 30 days of the teacher starting by credit card or other payments terms agreed. 

3. PREFERENTIAL TERMS

Chardchristie offers a  client rate of 15 % of the total annual salary offered excluding the housing allowance or accommodation 

4. SUITABILITY AND REFERENCES 

Chardchristie endeavours to get documents to ensure suitability of the applicant introduced to the client including identification and accreditation documents relating to his experience

Chardchristie endeavours to take all such steps as are reasonably practicable to ensure that the Client and Applicant are aware of any requirement imposed by law or any professional body to enable the Applicant to work in the position that the Client seeks to fill .

5. ENGAGEMENT

The supplier will not send the same applicant to other schools until the client has the chance to interview the candidate and give the supplier the own feedback. This must be done within 21 days of the CV being submitted to the client.

6. REBATE

 Chardchristie will do its best to offer a free replacement at the earliest possible if the candidate leaves the school within 12 weeks of start date.

7. LAW

These Terms are governed by Dubai Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
